Delegate Pritt moves to amend the bill on page 13, at the end of subsection (4), by striking “or” And inserting the following after “fraudulent.”:“(6) has threatened to ask for an equal (“50-50”) custodial responsibility allocation to obtain a better settlement on other issues or to otherwise influence the actions of the other parent; provided, that this provision shall be construed in accordance with West Virginia Rule of Evidence 408.”
